I recently visited Bubble + Bun and overall I was left with a wonderful impression.
What I liked:
• The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Simple interior, good lighting, comfortable chairs — a pleasant place to relax or enjoy a meal in a casual setting.
• The staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks and dishes were served quickly.
• The food was very tasty. The bao buns were soft and well filled, especially the pork one — juicy, flavorful, with a good balance of sauces. The Tom Yum was excellent.
• Great view from the window.
• Reasonable prices.
Bubble + Bun is a great choice if you want to try Asian street food. The food really stands out and the service is very good.

Had a Tuna Poke Bowl and it was fresh, nutritious and delicious. Good value prices, friendly and efficient service; hardest thing was making a choice from the variety on offer. Will come again. 😋

I love coming here! The sushi was so fresh and the boba tea was perfect. The service is so friendly, too. I always recommend this place to anyone who I know will be in the area. Good prices, good selection, good vibes!

Really yummy noodle bowls!!! Tried the seafood Tom Yum noodles and the chicken curry laksa. Was pleasantly surprised at the taste which was very delicious and authentic tasting! Ingredients were all fresh including the meat, seafood, and vegetables. Also tried the pork bao bun which was yummy! The staff were very friendly and I’d happily eat here again! Good value for money as well! 🍜 😋

Came here for the first time today! This is not a spot to be missed! I had the laksa noodle soup with tofu and vegetables and I have not stopped thinking about it. Incredible flavours and very fresh vegetables. Absolutely will be returning to this gem!

I had the original bubble milk tea, a pork bao bun and chicken gyoza. Food was delicious and very fresh, bao probably would have been better to rar in as the takeaway box made it a bit damp. The bubble tea is great, a little sweet but I think thats just my personal preference. Good prices, I paid £13.50 in total for this order. Would go back here.

I almost feel reluctant to share how good this place is incase I can't get a seat next time 😅 Delicious seafood laksa, just like you eat in Malaysia. We regularly make a trip from Brighton for lunch as it's so good. The staff/owners are also lovely. It's also very popular for bubble tea if you like that kind of thing...

I can’t wait to order again and perhaps drive to the restaurant from Uckfield next time.
This business is a quality act - and quality sells 😊Although the food is not the main part of the revenue, it's one of the most authentic noodle places you can go to, never been at all disappointed. In particular the Seafood Laksa is incredible, for the fair price you get a great portion of delicious, hot soupy goodness. It's best for lunch though and can get a bit busy at times. 🤩

I had the salmon poke bowl and was really impressed! I think it’s quite unusual to get Japanese food if this quality in the UK, however I’m used to eating a high standard of Japanese food when abroad. I was really pleasantly surprised by the standard. Highly recommend!

One of the best curry laksa I've ever tasted - very authentic and aromatic just like how it tastes in Malaysia/Singapore. Perfect bowl of comfort food during winter 😋 Highly recommend! Bubble tea was also great.

We ate here as a “let’s just try it” option. What an amazing choice of tasty food and refreshing and flavoursome drinks. Very friendly staff too!
